We are a team of doers. We don't sit around telling you what to do, we help you do it. We are trainers, developers, consultants, hackers, makers, runners, and security people. We pride ourselves on our “down to earth” attitude to get you where you need to be.
Established in 2018
After spending a decade living in hotels, driving thousands of miles, visiting multiple countries, and flying copious miles, we realized it was time for a change. We needed to take a deep breath and focus on our real passion: guiding, teaching, and helping others succeed with technology.
Our Goal
We aim to be your reliable friend, partner, and trustworthy advisor. We won't just come and go; we want to stay with you, have conversations, and assist you in achieving success, whether you're transitioning to Microsoft 365 or Azure, need development services, or aren't sure about the best security measures for your implementation.

Liam Cleary, CEO
Liam started his career as a computer trainer but soon discovered that programming, breaking things, and figuring out how they worked was much more exciting. Since then, he has spent more than two decades working with core infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, and cybersecurity.
He is the founder and CEO of SharePlicity, a consulting and training company specializing in Microsoft 365, Azure, and security. Through SharePlicity, Liam helps organizations design, implement, secure, and improve Microsoft technologies. His work includes Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture, collaboration, business process automation, document and records management, identity, cybersecurity, and the security controls needed to protect modern environments.
Liam is a Microsoft MVP Alumni, having received the Microsoft MVP award for 17 years, and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. His technical focus spans architecture, security, identity, automation, and software development, with much of his recent work centered on securing Microsoft 365, Azure, and the technologies and services surrounding them.
Liam is also an author. He wrote PowerShell in 7 Days: Your Essential Guide to Scripting and Automation, a practical introduction to using PowerShell for administration, scripting, and automation.
Teaching has remained an important part of Liam's career. He creates online technical training for Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, Cloud Academy, and Cybrary IT, covering Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, security, automation, and related topics. He also teaches Microsoft certification and technical courses for Opsgility and Microsoft.

When he isn't consulting, teaching, writing, or presenting, you can often find Liam experimenting with technology, programming Raspberry Pis, hacking things to see how they work, building LEGO robots, teaching his kids to code, or coaching soccer. Away from technology, he enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
