Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies this Site uses. We keep this to a minimum: security for the Reach Out form, and, only if you agree to it, basic analytics to understand how the Site is used. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and things like security tokens exchanged between your browser and a third-party service. They can be used for all sorts of purposes, from remembering your login to tracking your behavior across sites for advertising. This Site doesn't do the latter.

What we actually use

PurposeProviderWhat it's for
Bot protectionCloudflare TurnstileVerifies Reach Out form submissions are coming from a real visitor, not an automated script. This is what's called a "strictly necessary" security measure, since the form can't safely function without some form of spam protection. It runs regardless of your analytics choice below.
Font deliveryGoogle FontsLoads the typefaces used across this Site directly from Google's servers, which involves a request to Google (and typically doesn't set a cookie, but does share your IP address as part of that request).
AnalyticsGoogle AnalyticsHelps us understand how visitors use this Site, such as which pages are popular. Only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner. It never runs before that, and never runs at all if you click Reject or ignore the banner.

We do not use advertising pixels, social media tracking widgets, or sell any information to third parties.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept or reject analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you won't be asked again on future visits, until you clear your browser data. You can change your mind at any time:

Beyond that, most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Blocking the Cloudflare Turnstile check may prevent the Reach Out form from working, since it relies on that check to confirm you're not a bot. Blocking requests to Google's font servers (for example, with a browser privacy extension) may cause the Site to fall back to a default system font instead of the intended typeface, but won't otherwise affect functionality.

Changes to this policy

If what this Site uses changes, we'll update this page to reflect that and update the "Last updated" date above.

More information

For how any information collected through this Site is used more broadly, see our Privacy Policy. Questions about this Cookie Policy specifically can go through the Reach Out form.
